Email Collaboration

I understand that the WGSetup download to activate email collaboration will
not be available in the next release of Project.

We make significant use of this feature because of company policy regarding
outside contractors and access to the company intranet.

I have heard that source code is available. If that is true, can someone
direct me to where I can download it?
