email collaboration

I am using email collaboration for external resources because our Project
Server is not setup with an external facing web site. Many of these
resources use HTTP email to communicate.

Getting the WorkGroup emails to them is not a problem and neither is opening
it and replying. But the reply always goes to the Outlook outbox. Is there
a way to get it routed to the Outlook Express outbox instead? Or is there a
way to move the mail from the Outlook outbox to the Outlook Express outbox.
Or any other solution that allows the reply to be sent using HTTP.
