EMAIL field on Custom Outlook Form

I have created a custom Oulook form. I want to include 3 fields for email 1,2 & 3. However, when I create them and map the field to the Contact.email fields, they show up as read-only and I cannot enter data. How do I remove the RO attribute to include these fields on my form. HELP!
