email merge option gone

I recently attempted to merge an email message to
multiple recipients and the option was no longer
available. The icon on the toolbar was greyed-out, and
when I chose the Mail Merge Wizard, the email option was
non existent.

Any ideas why?

Hi Steve,

Somehow, you installation seems to have lost track of the
email program. I'd ask about this in an OUTLOOK newsgroup
(even if you don't use Outlook).

The only thing that occurs to me is to check in Internet
Explorer, Tool/Options which program is set as the default
email editor. If none is selected, that could be the
problem.
