The company that I work for uses Outlook as it's email
supplier. We previously used ccmail from Lotus and it
had a option to delete the list that contained all the
names that a particular email went to before you print
it. When I get something from my district office and
start to print, I have several pages of nothing but email
addresses. Is there a way in Outlook other than "copy
and paste" method to not print all these addresses?
