email shows up in deleted folder instead of inbox

I first could not see any items in the Deleted items folder, and I still
cant. Now I cant see any incoming email and it shows up in the deleted folder
instead of inbox.
Boy have I messed it up.

Do you have any rules? Are you scanning your incoming mail with an
antivirus scanner? Do sync a Blackberry with Outlook? What version of
Outlook?

Outlook 2000 and no blackberry. Just my email.

And what about the answers to my other two questions? Here's an additional
question: are you using Outlook 2000 in Internet Mail Only mode or
Corporate/Workgroup mode? Help>About will tell you.

found the problem in the filter area. also reset the defaults and now the
mail shows up OK.
I was using internet mail, no corporate stuff.

I have this problem and I am syncing a Blackberry with a corporate exchange
server. Brian... do you have any advice to eliminate this problem in my
situation?

Well, you could first try disabling or installing the blackberry software to
see if that affects the problem. If it does, your beef is with the
Blackberry vendor.
