emailing file that has links

Hi, I have a file that vlook ups, sum if formulas. I
always tell people I email files to to do not update link.
This should open file without errors. It seems when they
do that they get #value errors when they do not update
link. Can anyone tell me how to fix this.

You can change all formulas to values in the
file you send them.

You can use my Add-in if you want

That is too much trouble. I update this file every month
and then re-email out of office. You should have to have
this issue with links. It should just make a temp file. If
you know what I mean. Any other ideas.

Not true
This is a option in the Add-in and is no trouble at all

Hi Ron, that must be a way I am not familar with. Can you
email me how to do that. It seem some people open it fine
and others get that #value error even when it opens as a
temp file. Can you email me at (e-mail address removed)
