emails being filtered but should not be

I have a few emails from sources I want that are getting
filtered to the "deleted" folder. They are not included
in any of my rules and in fact I have added them to the
exception list for both junk and adult filters. Yet, they
still get moved to my deleted folder.

Any ideas on how to stop this from happening?
