I have a user who has problems with a file we have setup as a template
The main worksheet works fine, I haven't had many problems with that other than page settings, which is fine now since we're forcing the file to print correctly
The problem occurs on Worksheet 2 where we have a blank embedded Word document sitting there for information to be entered. When first using a blank template form, everything runs smoothly.
I'm not sure when it occurs, but once in a while this user calls me up and they can't get back into the embedded document again. Whenever you double-click on that section to try to enter or alter information it brings up a 'Format Picture' dialog box
Anyone have any idea why this would be happening? It has happened on multiple files using Excel 2000.
