Enter Name

Whenever I put a new name in for a contact it switches around the first name
becomes the last name and the last name becomes the first. Even if I click
on Full Name the Last Name goes First and the First Name Goes Last. Is there
a setting I need to change.

I would change the setting for the Full Name field.
Tools > Options > Preferences > Contact options...
