Recently bought my first mac and have installed Office 2004.
My email at work is handled by Exchange. I eventually worked out how to set
up my exchange account in entourage (after a bit of trial and error with
server names and ip addresses!).
When I'm at home in the evening, I vpn to the network at work (run by
SBS2003), and then start entourage. My mailbox and contacts seem to sync
and I can see the emails that I received during the day at work, in my
inbox.
However it doesn't seem to then receive any emails I might get during the
evening. I have found this because when I get to work the next day I see
new emails which I never picked up the previous night.
Does anyone know why this might be happening?
