Entourage 2008 doesn't sync with Exchange 2007 anymore

Email Client: Exchange

I am using Entourage 2008 connecting to Exchange 2007 [running on Windows
Server 2003 SP2].
During the week the server did automatic MS updates [about 18 of them] and
suddenly my Entourage doesn't sync anymore.

I can authenticate 100% but no sync happens after that - it doesn't look
like Entourage is even attempting to look for mail or just sync my mailbox.

I have cleared the cache and even recreated my profile but the same condition exist - authenticate 100% but no sync.

I'm pretty convinced the issue is on the Exchange side, seeing that the problem started after the past week's updates on the server. Outlook and OWA work perfectly though.

Not sure where to from here...??

Please help.

I've been experiencing the same issue but in my case I could never make the first sync cause I'm trying since monday. Anyway, connects perfect, no errors or warning messages but doesn't sync my mails or calendar items. The only thing who happens is that Entourage is able to list the public folders (who are in the same exchange 2007 server) but not the messages inside them. I'm trying through WebDAV. Using IMAP or POP it works fine but I can't use exchange calendars or contacts.

Thanks if Someone can help

If you have an answer or comment for the original poster then please
respond within that thread. Otherwise, if you're looking for a solution
to your own problem -- no matter how similar to someone else's -- then
begin your own thread. Similar problems may not have the same solutions.

I have instructions for setting up Entourage 2004 with Exchange accounts
here:

"Connecting Entourage to an Exchange Server at work"
<http://entourage.mvps.org/exchange/exchangeatwork.html>

They will work for Entourage 2008 as well.

If this doesn't answer your question then begin a new thread with
details of your own problem, include your software versions and what
you've tried already to fix the problem.

Hope this helps!
