Creating New emails, Responding to emails and Forwarding emails cause
different paragraph spacing issues and not always the same.
When I create new emails, the paragraphs are double spaced AFTER THE
PARAGRAPH (paragraph spacing “after†is set to AUTO) and single spaced within
the paragraph. No matter how many times I change the paragraph spacing
“after†to ZERO, it always returns to AUTO for the next email. When I reply
to or forward an email, (always in HTML), the same thing happens - the
paragraphs are double spaced after the paragraph and I want single spacing.
That said, depending on WHO SENT IT, for replies and forwarding emails,
different things occur. Sometimes the paragraph spacing is single spaced
AFTER (paragraph spacing AFTER shows as ZERO) and sometimes it is double
spaced (paragraph spacing AFTER shows as AUTO)
I can change the spacing for each email individually, but I cannot change it
to default to ZERO for before and after paragraph spacing. When I open WORD
I cannot find any issues with Paragraph spacing. The PARAGRAPH SPACING
settings are all zero. How do I create a default to solve the problem?
