When I try to convert a word document to a PDF I get an error message which
says, "An Error Occured While Converting Document Information."
The PDF converter appears in my Word toolbar, and I have Adobe Acrobat
Elements 6.0 which came pre-loaded with MS Office on my computer.
I have used the PDF converter before with no problems, but now it doesn't
work.
FYI, I have reinstalled Elements 6.0, but still get the error message, and
doesn't work with Excel either.
Any suggestions?????
