ERROR MESSAGES IN SAVE AS

I Have windows xp home and office pro 2003 and roxio easy
cd 6.20.110. WHEN I CLICK SAVE AS IN A WORD OR EXCEL DOC
AND THEN CHOOSE MY E DRIVE, I GET ERROR WINDOW "INCORRECT
FUNCTION" I CLICK OK AND I GET ANOTHER ERROR WINDOW "YOU
DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE FOLDER"E:/" SEE YOUR
ADMINISTRATOR FOR ACCESS TO THIS. ANY IDEAS??
