I resently replaced our file server, so I have a new
profile on my PC. Now when I try to publish my web I get
an error File_Private/borders/bottom.htm.ctn has been
modified by unknown. This file is where my counter is and
it wont display anymore. I assume it is some kind of
permission or security. I'm using FP 2002
