whenever I close any of the MS office products, I get the error-message:
Word, excel, Power-Point encountered a problem and needs to close bla, bla,
bla. It then askes me to restart the program and send an error report.
I ran the diagnostics, and it said that there is a solution for these
issues. When I click on"solution 1", there is no solution offered. When I
call customer support, they want 49$,and I am not here to supprt MS. Does
anybody have an idea on how to resolve this. Thanks in avance.
