error "unable to display the folder"

I have used Outlook for a couple of years in a single PC
environment. Now I get "unable to display the folder"
when I try to access my inbox. All other folders are
fine. I have looked at microsoft for help but do not find
thei error.

Suggestions?

With Outlook closed go to Start > Run > type "Outlook /cleanviews" without
the quotes, note this switch will wipe out all View Customisation
