error when opening outlook 2k

When I open outlook 2k it says, cannot open message
store, network problems are preventing connection to
server.

This happens only for 1 user on that machine only. The
same account on another pc works fine. Other accounts on
that machine work fine.

I can access internet & network drives ok.

I think its something with the profile, but I can't seem
to fix it.
