Error when trying to view attachement

Hi, when i try to view particular attachements (others
work fine) i get an error:
can't create file: db_healthcheck.csv. Right-click the
folder you want to create the file in, and then click
Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions
for the folder.

I didn't change any settings recently and I cannot save it
to any of my folders.
Please help...
