Error with Frontpage 2000

I had to reformat my computer, so I added Windows XP.
When trying to reinstall FrontPage, and error came up near
installation (Something like: Could not find Microsoft
Personal Web Server) but the installation completed. I
now can not edit my web pages, and when I try to edit/save
them, the program locks up and goes into the "Not
Responding" mode and I have to End Program! Help!!!
