Errors in office 2000 help files

I have Office 2000 Professional, and after using the help files to perform
searches, I click on specific answer links and a message pops up saying
"Can't display help, an error occurred and this feature is not funtioning
properly. Would you like to repair this feature now?" I have done the
Detect & Repair proccess on it, and also uninstalled then re-installed the
software, but it hasn't solved the problem.

What else can I try to do?
