Is it possible to simultaneously freeze two or more separate columns, rows,
etc.?

Place the cursor in the cell below and to the right of the rows/columns
you want to freeze and select Window | Freeze Panes.

You can not freeze separate columns (or rows).

Only adjacent columns (and/or rows) can be frozen.

You can split Windows and open the same file in both windows to simulate the
effect you want
