Excel or PowerPoint?

I want to set up a flow chart to prompt staff and lead them through standard
answers through a telephone call but want it so when they click on either yes
or no as the caller answers each question, it takes them to another page
based on that answer. What program would be better for this and how can I
(if I can) set this up?

You can use PPT to do this.

Create the flow chart objects using autoshapes. Create all the slides before
adding the links.

To link to another slide, right-click, choose Action Setting, and in the
Action Setting dialog, click Hyperlink To|Slide... and choose your slide
from the list.

How do I get the hyperlinks to not appear?

No. When I tried it the first time I was right clicking right beside the
text and the link was appearing. I right clicked on the text box and made
the link and it worked wonderfully! I stayed up until 1:00 am last night
playing! Thanks for your help! Now I am just driving myself crazy with the
mapping so people don't end up in a loop.
