Excel output in colums

Hi,

I have a project plan which I wish to output to Excel

a) I wish only to export those entries where "Milestones" is set to Yes

b) I would like level 1 entry in column 1, level 2 to column 2, level 3
to column 3 etc

Does anyone have a viable solution?

In the map where you specify the task field mapping, in upper right hand
corner of dialog box, pick the filter "Milestones"

b) I would like level 1 entry in column 1, level 2 to column 2, level 3
to column 3 etc

I don't know exactly what you mean here. My hunch is you are talking
about summary tasks? Can't do that directly with Project task mapping,
but you could write a VBA macro to do this inside of Project, or write a
VBA macro to re-munge the data in Excel, or do the munging manually.
