excel template for project

I have a book on project 2000 and it is telling me to pull
this template up in excel (Microsoft Project Plan Import
Explore Template). I am unable to locate this template.
Does anyone know where I can get this template? Thanks

Perhaps it is on a cd that came with the book? I've never heard of such a
template.
