EXCEL XP chart into Publisher 98

Hi,

We have Office XP I'm trying to take a chart created in
Excel, and put it into Publisher 98

Is this possible?

I did go to Excel and put the chart on a blank worksheet
saved it..

Then went to Publisher 98 and did INSERT > OBJECT
and browsed to my excel chart...
And it put the chart on my publisher page...
And it looks good.
But when i Print it.... the chart is supposed to have a
blue background.... the page prints... but the background
of the chart is just white....

it shows up on the publisher page as being blue..

??

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Brian,
I didn't have access to publisher 2000
anyway.. i did get something to work
using my publisher 98 and excel xp

what i did was went to the excel chart
i file> saved as a webpage
then i opened up the webpage (using netscape)
i right clicked on the chart and saved as (.gif)
then i just imported the .gif of the chart into my
publisher 98 file.... it worked perfect
