I just installed Office 2003. Word is not responding. The error messages I keep getting are that it cannot open. So what do I do
In addition it tells me the "file normal has already exists and do I want to replace the existing file?". Then if I cancel it won't close.
Finally when I try to open an existing doc ( Word) it tells me that the file is not available
