Export Resource Graph w/ 2007

Hello
I've currently built a high level Resource plan in Project 2007 for a
potential project that I would like to distribute to Executives and
others in the organization that don't have MS Project. I know of the
Visual Reports, but would ideally like to show everyone the same view
in the Resource Graph view (by Work). So far, I haven't been able to
find a way to export this out to anything that I could distribute
other than taking a picture of each graph and pasting into PowerPoint
or Word.

I have approx 100 resources loaded into the plan and have 2-3 versions
of the plan that I need to show, so I'd really rather not cut and
paste 200-300 pictures into PowerPoint. Any one have any other
possibilites that come to mind?

Thanks!
Adam

Adam,

Well, I have to say that my hunch is that the "Executives and others" in
the orgainisation are likely not to really want to review 200-300
figures. Do they really want this and is it worth your time? My
experience is that Executives would prefer to read summaries with your
commentary on what you think and recommend, backed up by data (available
to review if they want or want to test your thinking and
recommendations). That means a report, not a data dump. Just my two-bits.

That being said, what is the problem? That you have to manually
copy/paste 200-300 pictures? If this the problem, perhaps the solution
is to invest a little time to create a VBA macro that will automatically
loop through all resources and generate the graphics as GIF files.

Is the issue the "prettiness" of the graphics? If so, there are some
third party programs available that produce the same information in what
some feel is more "pretty" (jury out if it makes any difference to the
probability of project success, though). see
