Resource Graph - Filtering

Is it possible to filter tasks used to generate a Resource Graph?
Specifically I would like to use the WBS number to filter only level 1 tasks
and show the results for the individual resource. Able to successfully
perform this filtering using the Resource Usage view, but not in the Resource
Graph. Any help would be appreciated.

Ray,

If you open Resource Graph view in the bottom pane of any combination view
that displays a task view on the top view, Resource Graph will display the
data for only the resources assigned to the tasks filtered and selected in
the top pane.

Thanks for assistance, but I’m afraid that’s not what I’m seeing on my end.
It’s true that the Resource Graph will only show the assigned resources of
the filtered tasks, but the “bars†still show the allocations for all tasks
in the project not just the filtered ones. Try it; you’ll see what I mean.

Hello Ray,

There is another graph; select the tasks and then open the Assign Resources
dialog box. Select the resources from the list and click Graphs button.
Select Assignment Work graph on the "Select graph:" drop-down box. That graph
will
display task assignments separately. Hope this helps. Otherwise let's try to
find
another way.
