Exporting ANYTHING in Outlook 2003

I've got 2 hotmail accounts, a Gmail and some personal folders in Outlook
2003, and I can't "export a to file" at all. When I click the "next" button,
nothing happens. Just sits there. Really weird. Any help out there??
(Tried reinstalling already)
