Sarah,

Yes, for sure. In the Refill thread, I listed my address. Sorry for
taking so long, I have only a few days to sell a bunch of special ads,
and I've been spending a lot of time creating them (spec ads). so far,
it has paid off. Plus, my son is home on leave from the Navy, my paper
has been 20 percent larger than normal the last two weeks, the moon is
in the seventh heaven and Jupiter's aligned with Mars, not to mention it
is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, the Age of Aquarius. Wait, forget
that last part. I have six more evenings and six and a half more days to
work until I get my annual week off. I need it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks,

Mike

Oooh baby!!!

Oh quit it - he's a married man and old enough to be my father! You're not
in my good books - I've emailed you three times in the past week and left
messages for you on MSN and you've ignored the lot.

I got one email - a picture of the cat. Been so darned busy this past week.
Haven't even had time to change socks.

Sarah,

You have e-mail. And for the record, I am not yet 51!

Mike

So? That still makes you old enough to be my father - how old's Shaun? You
could have had me young - at 22!

Then who was it on MSN all day Monday?

Shaun is 22, and I will say he would be a great catch - if anyone is
looking! Not fantastic at keeping his room spic-n-span, but he loves to
cook. Plus, being in the Navy, he has to do all his own laundry. In the
next year or so, he should make a port call some place close to you - if
he does I'll ask him to look you up!

Merry Christmas,

Mike

FWIW Mike, you are the same age as my dad, and I am 33 :eek:P

He'd be most welcome - he's a bit young for me though - he's probably even a
bit young for my sister. I'm sure if he needed a place to stay he could stay
here for a bit (if I can convince my parents that he's house-trained! ;o)) I
will say that my online persona is nothing like the offline me - I'm
insular, introverted and a hermit.

Hang on a minute, I didn't know you knew where I lived. Have I given you my
address in the past?

Mind you, who knows where I'll be in a year/18 months...I certainly don't
want to still be here at 30!

Right, I feel I should get some sleep - it's 2:30am and my mother and I have
some last minute Yule shopping to do in the morning and I want to bake
gingerbread (could someone please tell my why my gingerbread never looks
like the picture in the cookbook? I follow the recipe exactly and cut it
into shapes (trees, stars, people and snowmen) but they come out of the oven
looking like gingerbread amoebae!) I wanted to ice them and hang them on the
(non-existent) tree! I tried to make a house a couple of years ago - the
buildings inspectorate would have condemned it on the spot!

Yuletide blessings,

Sarah

Sarah,

I don't think you ever gave me your address and I don't even know if
Shaun would be close enough to visit or not. The USS Enterprise is
supposed to deploy for a Med Sea tour in the spring and usually they
make port calls in various cities.

Oddly, at least to me - he reports to Whidbey Bay which is northwest of
Seattle, on the other side of the country from where the Enterprise
calls home (Norfolk, Virginia). When his squadron (The Rooks, a group of
radio jamming pilots and support personnel) deploys, they will fly
across the country.

Looks like we have something in common. Mom was 17 when she had me - and 18
when she had my brother. I *never* could have handled two babies when I was
18. Still couldn't either. :)
