Field Populated Automatically

I'm trying to setup a form where if I type an account number on one
field the account's title will appear automatically on another field.
I already have a table created which has the accounts with title. If
someone can give me an idea on how to go about setting this up I would
appreciate it.

A better way is to create a combo that lists all the account, where the user
can select an account or type it.
