File error while installing Office 2000

Hi There, I just had my computer redone and am trying to re-install Office
2000. I keep getting an error reading from file
that says "Varify file D:\system.sm20.dll exists and that you can access
it", I am given the option of "OK" or "Cancel"...I choose OK, and the error
just reoccurs, I choose "Cancel" and the installation stops. Anybody seen
this before? Thanks in advance for your help.
