File is 7mb?

I have project that is about 125 lines and 25 resources and the file
size has balloned to 7mb! It was 1.24mb until I made some changes
today.

At one point I populated a column to far down, but I deleted that. I
added a couple resources and assignments. Otherwise I cant see
anything that looks any different .... any ideas why its so big?????
