Since two week or so a lot of users (including myself) in my network have got
a warning message when trying to save office documents. If I open a document
(which isn't shared) and do some changes in it and then when I try to save
it, I get the warning from Office that the file might have been changed by
another user since I last saved it. How could another user possible have made
changes when I have the document open and writeprotected?
These problems started a few weeks after we installed a new server. We have
the same server software as before though.
We have Office pro edition 2003, Win XP on clients and a Windows SBS 2003
server. All software with the latest updates.
