Files won't open in Front Page

I just uploaded a web from front page to a comcast
server. the file called _vti_pvt said I didn't have
permission to upload it. I talked to comcast support and
they said to change the name of the file by deleting the
first underscore. this worked in terms of the upload but
now when I try to open my web in front page, I get an
error message saying that there is no such web. I can
see that all the files still exist on my hard drive, yet
I keep getting this same error message in Front Page...

Do not rename FP control files
For FP to work online the host needs to have the FP SE and support them
- apparently yours doesn't
