Filtering resources whose actual work exceeds baseline

I manage large projects with numerous tasks that have multiple resource
assignments. Lately, I have discovered a number of cases where resources
actual work is quite a bit more than the baseline amount. I have created a
flag that will
tell me when the actual work for the task as a whole exceeds baseline but am
unable to devise a method to tell when a resource is over baseline but the
task
itself is not. Example: Task total work is 80 hours divided evenly among
two resources--40 hrs each; one resource has no actual work and the other has
actual of 60 hours, which is over baseline yet the task as a whole is not
over. I would like to be able to create a report or flag to spot that
resource.

Hi,

If you select the Resource Usage view then:
Select Project, Filter, more filters
Copy the Work Overbudget filter and edit it to change the test on the work
field to be for the Actual Work field

Does that do what you want? You need to apply that filter in the resource
usage view so only assignments are looked at.
