FINDING A CALENDAR

HI. I work in an office with 5 other people. We carry a database which is
currently holding roughly 5000 cases. Each case has a due date. I want to
find a calendar that can be networked to keep up with these due dates. I
want the calendender to pop up every weekday to let us know what is due that
day. Is this possible, and if so, what program would I need to accomplish
this. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
