Finding a folder

I'm using Outlook 2003. I opened a folder to keep messages while a person was
away, now it has disappeared?

A couple of things to try:
1. Go to Folder List view so you can be sure you are examining your entire
folder hierarchy.
2. Look in your Deleted Items Folder
