finding existing file documents

Lynne

In Word or Excel, I could use the file open command and
then see all of my existing files in alphabetical order.
Somehow, the files now have been re-ordered from the most
recently used to the less recently used. I can't find a
thing. How do I get the documents back into alphabetical
order in that file open command?

Change the display to Details if you're using some other view, then click on
the Name header to sort alphabetically by filename. Switch the view back as
desired.
