Fine lines print after I expand the article beyond orig template

Don't want the fine horizontal lines that print out after I expand an article
beyond the original template size in Publisher.

If the template doesn't have the lines on the screen, then I suspect you are
experiencing printer driver problems. Do you have similar results from other
publications.
