Flagging Group By Summary's

When you use the 'flag' in MS Pro, is it still possible to flag group by
summary's? For example if I group by Project, Resource Initials and Outline
Code, would I be able to Flag 'Project' or 'Resource Initials'? Or perhaps
there is another way?
