Floating? Toolbar

Somehow I've managed to get a floating toolbar (or at least that's what
I'm calling it...) to pop up whenever I hit "Reply" to a message. It's
really annoying and I can't find a way of getting rid of it. I can
change the size and move it around, but there's no deleting it...

Any suggestions?
