My Hard Drive had crashed and now with a new hard Drive and then my Window XP
had crashed. Finally get it fixed and now try to reinstall all my program.
I am trying to re-install my office professional 2003 which work before my
computer crashed. and now it keep giving me error message that cannot write
on file 'c:/windows/system32/FM20.dll'
So I check in my C drive and this file is not there, then I go on Microsoft
website to search this file name and I download it and install it and restart
my computer and I checked the file is in the folder correctly. Then I tried
to re-install office 2003 and it had the same message pop up again and when I
get back in the folder to see, the file disappeared.
How can I get fix this problem so I can install office 2003
