font type error in list box

the font type of the information of list box in MS office (i.e. the pop up
window of list of file when you choose 'open' -> 'file') has been sudden
changed. How can i change back to the original font type?

Do you mean that the font that your dialog box with your file names has
changed? If so, that's a Windows display feature, not Office.

Yup, I think so before. But there is no changes on other dialog box in
windows, like "my computer". But anyway, how can i change it back to normal?

So, only the Office "open" dialog boxes have changed?

Since you didn't bother to tell us what the difference is, sure, I'll give
it a shot in the dark. Perhaps this is relevant:

You receive an "I/O Error" or the subfolders are displayed as question marks
or squares in Office programs

Actually only the font type and the size were changed to others (i still can
see the file name clearly), is it the same cases?

No, that would be different than the KB article I posted.

It does sound like a Windows display issue, but it's odd that it only
happens with Office applications. I don't know what would cause it unless
there's some permissions thing or something. That just seems way too far
out, though.
