Force a save ?

Is there a way to force a user to save a document either on startup or
after x minutes of time?

I have a user that is closing documents without saving and then
wanting them back. I wish I could get them to save but this is the
boss and it's not gonna happen. Thanks for any tips.

Lord save us from ID-10-T users!!

While Word /does/ has an AutoSave option, it will only /really/
help if their PC crashes; the document(s) being edited will be
recovered when Word starts up again. But it /won't/ help if the
user actively closes the document and says "No" to the
"Save changes" dialog.

I suspect that education is going to be far more effective than
coding in this case. Show the user their files on disk, what
opening and saving them does and keep your fingers crossed
that it sinks in.

Failing that; requisition the Departmental Baseball bat and
re-visit the user. :)

Isn't there some code I can put in Normal.dot that will force a save
on a new document? Anything less is hopeless. hehe
