forcing resource list to get published.

We have been adding resources. They show up in MSP_WEB_RESOURCES
and not in
MSP_VIEW_RES_STD
MSP_VIEW_RES_ENT

I cannot see the new resources in Resource Center view on PWA

It looks like the resource list has not been published?

How can I force a resource list publish?
