Hello everyone! OK, I'll explain it like this. I schedule work for an
offshore platform. The biggest constraint is "POB" (people on board). Alot of
the Tasks require additional POB. I use MSP in a group meeting to show the
schedule "ghant chart" and we like to shuffle the tasks around to optimize
POB. Maoving the tasks around is a breeze. However showing what it does to
the POB is a different story. I have been using an excel graph to show the
total POB on a given day. Because this is "static" when I move tasks around
in Project everything is out sync and we all get confused. Any Ideas? Thanks

Hi,

Assign the resource POB to all tasks

From the Gantt Chart
Window, Split
Click in the lower part
Select Resource Graph view
That will show the need for POB and react immediately when you move a task
in the Gantt Chart.
