I am creating a document in MS-Word with a check box form field. I need to
track revisions in the form fields when the data is entered. However, when I
protect the document for forms, any check box form fields are lost.
If they aren't lost initially, they disappear as soon as the user clicks on
the check box form field.
Any ideas?
